Retirement / Congratulations Gift

I know some of you saw my post on retiring a few weeks back.
I was offered a position at an Industrial Supply Co. and I accepted it.
In my Career job, I have always ordered all our Road Signage from a local company, and now, I sell them supplies.
The folks in the front office of the Sign company felt compelled to give me a gift on my life change, and they knew I was into Webers so they made me this....


Looks Awesome hanging by the Joes...
Just had to brag a little.
The new job is part time, but I am loving it.
