The Copper MT + Kettlepizza Rotisserie for the first time

Burning her in right now. I will let it burn in for about 1/2hr.  More to come.

The bird is on. Got some mix of dry rub on it with a stick of butter inside. Charcoal bin full on both sides.  So far so good!  No fitment or clearance issues.  I will try to keep it under 400f and let it go for about 1 to 1 1/hr till IT is at 165. Hoping to have a crispy skin on it but not burnt. We will see.

This test run was a success and fun. I will be doing Roti chicken more often now. Thank!
