Stuffed peppers

Roasted peppers on the Vortex...

Peppers stuffed...Propped up in bowls filled with cornbread stuffing...Bowls wrapped in foil to keep the Mrs. from going off...

Cheddar cheese is always a good thing...

And so is a bacon weave and a bit of rub...

And plated with garden maters...


I have done these in larger quantities by filling a large pan with peppers and stuffing...Always great and the leftovers rock...
