FYI for the next guy to have this issue. Save the box. Take pics of all damages. Inspect all components for damage. Be prepared to email pics if CS asks. Have receipts if you have em, but it's not necessary to have it. Be polite. Shmooze up the CS rep with some small talk. ...and whatever you do don't say "oh ya, I'm a member of WKC. They said you would take care of this."
