Burn Baby Burn

(Sorry, there was some disco music on PBS this morning)

Playing sous chef today and needed bacon bits for potato skins...

And then I needed some eggs for breakfast...

It's a homemade discada for a Bayou burner, but fits nicely on the 18" grate. Works on a SJ too.
