With all of our collections, multiple kettles etc, whats the kettle you use the more often than not? Have you retired or semi retired a kettle for a different one, do you rotate regularly? Or do you cook on whatever kettle/color mood your in?  :)  I try to rotate, but more often than not, the red '95 gets the most cooks, mainly because of the gold ash can, especially on weeknights.

It depends, which ever one calls the loudest gets the nod ;D

I have two mid seventies vintage kettles. One is set up for direct, the other for indirect. How and what i am cooking determines which grill. My OTG just sits, abandoned.

If I'm smoking, the competition WSM that is on the floor gets used.

If it's just a small meal for me and the SoDT I break out a WGA.
I've got Webers. 10 - WSMs, 5 - 22.5" kettles, 2 - 18.5" kettle, 2 - SJS, 2 - SJP, 4 - WGA, 1 vintage Coolie Pan

The 2003 black SS Performer is in pole position.  It is easy to light, and my charcoal is stored in it, and most of the tools are in it too.  I have a warranty-upgraded 2012 lid on it, with the lid thermo, so I don't even need to pull out the Maverick for most cooks.

I pull the cover off the red K if I need some more grill space.

Blue Performer is my absolute #1, Mesa Azul is #2 & #3, 1985 26er is #4.  Everything else if for fun when I feel like doing something different....Grandpa, the redheads, the Brownie....the Yellow, the Seville...etc...
Vintage Weber Grill raconteur and bon vivant.....and definitely Sir Agent X

Definitely my SS performer, but WSM in a close second.

For me it's my red SS. But I have a feeling that my 26'er is going to be seeing a lot more action.

The black SS performer was #1 until the burgundy SS performer arrived and got moved under the covered patio.  They both have gas assist.  I just filled the tank on the burgundy SS performer.  So it is seeing the most action.  However, I just installed the spot lights on the Black SS performer so it may see more action.  It is possible both Performers get sold to friends.  I just missed out on a green SS Performer with gas ($50.00).  That would have replaced one of the other first string players.

Just returned from a week in Phoenix.  The Smokey Joe Platinum was the designated hitter during this trip.
