pulled beef update

Chuck roast was 160 so that's when I pulled the chicken off should have pulled off 1 hr. earlier chicken without skin was very dry chicken with skin was better moist under the skin after I pulled chicken off I put the roast in a pan and covered with foil and cooked till roast was 210..
