We are hosting an exchange student from South Korea and tonight was her last night with before going back home for Christmas break.  We also were having some friends over.  So that calls for the Glen Blue (Tiffany).  Reverse seared 2 inch ribeyes.  I didn't have enough room for all the steaks on Tiffany so the A code red head served in support.  Served with spinach salad with bacon dressing and corn casserole.

By the way, tomorrow Tiffany is getting cleaned inside and out, and put away until April.

Great looking cook!
If I had a grill like that I'd never put it away

Awesome steaks. Old school grilling with old school kettles.

Looks great, bud. She's going back home telling her family, " he had so many grills!"

I'm to the point I don't let that bother me. If I'm known as the guy in my family/neighborhood with all these grills, then I guess I'm a pretty nice guy. ;)

As for the glen blue and the food, I LOVE seeing the old ones being used for big cooks and family get togethers. Makes me smile! Great looking grill!

@Craig
Totally agree. I consider it a compliment when people say that.

Same here they try by saying "yeah he has over 10grills" it backfires cause actually people think it's cool and I have family and friends asking what's on the grill 4 Xmas eve and wanting to come over Xmas eve. Grilling equals great food one person said last week

Thanks all!  Our student's family came to meet us this summer when they dropped her off, and her father was VERY impressed by the collection.  It was 9am that day, and he said that next time he came, we'd have a BBQ.  It has worked out really well, because our exchange student LOVES meat.  Also, just an FYI, she has told me that in South Korea beef is AT LEAST $25 a pound.

Love seeing you use that baby....she sure is special.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"

Thanks guys...I love using it for special occasions.  Always with charcoal baskets and always relatively short cooks...next cook on her will be my birthday in May.

Very cool, @crowderjd. Do you like Korean style BBQ and meats?

@pbe gummi bear I do enjoy Korean BBQ!  I've never tried my hand at it, though Weber has a Korean bbq accessory for the gourmet grill if I remember correctly.  I actually had bulgogi at a local place for lunch today!
