I came to this post way to late, but that being said you picked the correct color IMO.  If I was to add anything it would be a small fire extinguisher a 5 lb model BC / halon .
I never thought of this before going to a big wedfing party and the food station caught fire and the cook used one to put out the fire in like two minutes flat.
I bought one the next day.
