I didn't know you were from there. That's a beautiful town, Brian. I've only been there once with the bride for an overnight get away. Some beautiful scenery. We're going back in February for our anniversary. Have a safe holiday and a Merry Christmas, bud.

Blood sausage is pretty good. It give's it an earthier taste, like a mellower liver without an effect on the texture. It will make your food black though. It's a common cooking ingredient in my culture and we always get it from the asian groceries. It's readily available in the freezer. ymmv.
