Badass bro. My gal would flip if I decorated my grill pad. We didn't get to do the outside of the house this year. Come to think of it, maybe I should just do it for laughs! [emoji12]

My wife only wants all white lights in the front. I've slowly been losing this battle for years. My multi colored lights were homeless so I decided to put them in the back.

Yes you should throw a strand up around the patio. Your yellow and red kettles would really sparkle.

My grilling area needed some better lighting (My camping lantern just wasn't cutting it :( ), so I strung these lights from Costco up last weekend...

Looks pretty festive to me!  ;D

I think I posted some pictures of my back yard ringed with clear white Christmas lights back in November.  That was done more to deal with the problem of absolutely no outdoor lighting at all on the back of my house or in the yard, but it is festive looking with them reflecting off the snow.  I've got clear white Christmas lights on the front of the house following the roof profile and coloured mini lights strung up on the cedar tree by the front walk.  It's bright and cheerful.  Nothing looks better than good old fashioned, energy wasting, non-Kathleen Wynne approved incandescent lights.

Some friends had a good laugh at me dashing through 50 feet of snow to and from the barbecue while I was cooking steaks yesterday afternoon as the sun was going down.  We all had fun though!  I don't think I'll be decorating the grill area more though since it's in the middle of the yard and there isn't much to mount decorations on.

Very nice!  I have something like that envisioned for my back yard.  I was thinking of a patio with a gazebo and lightning like that for the eating area and another area with overhead cover and lighting for cooking.

I think I just bought those lights for our tree at Home Depot. They're awesome.
