So I got hold of this hotplate yesterday, but can't find any information about it online. I thought you guys might have some idea of what I am looking at:

Thanks. I was just a bit curious about it that's all. I couldn't find anything of the sort online, only  information about the newer style porcelain coated breakfast plates. Also, just wondering about what material it's made of.

That's awesome. Thanks. Mine does seem to be aluminium, but I wasn't sure.

This may just be the Australian packaging/branding then, but it is still band new in it's original box.

I have a few of them, one for the GA, one for an 18 and one for the 22. Mine are all aluminium.
I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers

Aussie only?

Who knows?  My guess … Yes.  They appear to be a very handy accessory.

If I were to have only one, I would prefer the Manturion griddle.  It works on both the 18" and the 22" kettle.
