Here is the story:
  Skin on chick thighs
    Debone each one
    Brined with 32 oz of chicken broth and 1:2 cup brown sugar
  Used. Owens hot wing rub
   Put in silicon cup cake mold " with Hole cut in each one "
Skin side down put into the mold
    After sprinkling with Owens hot wings rub
1 1/2 half hours. At 250 with apple wood
Flipped over for 45 minutes made my mind ( spritz with chicken broth)
Then glaze with ;Cupcake chicken sauce
1/2 cup of the following
Honey
Maple syrup
Brown sugar
Bar b cue sauce
Vinegar
Ketchup
