@pbe gummi bear    I used these SS scrubbies I found at Sams Club. The one on the left is fresh out of the package. Just some elbow grease and a little dish soap did the trick. They're great for removing surface rust and I also use them to get the crusties off my cast iron before a fresh wipe of oil.


Those look vaguely familiar, @Scott Zee … they aren't the infamous, $85 1973 Weber Stainless Sponges, are they?  :o

I hope the seller get the 85 bucks, because sure as fuck, he needs to get some better quality crack!!! The shit he's smoking now isn't doing him any good.

@Bob BQ   they look similar but I found these at Sams Club, they came in a 12pk. I don't remember how much I paid but I assure you it wasn't more than $20.
