8 pizzas for lunch on Friday since the whole family was together. Had to get some dough from the grocery store and scrounge up toppings. It's been a little while cooking pizza. Everyone thought they tasted great; I guess that all that matters. Hope every one else had a great Thanksgiving.

Cooked like a pro! Is KP sponsoring you yet? That table is sweet.

@Nate - pies look GREAT! I gotta ask though, why did you turn the KP guts so the fire basket is on the left? I've been leaving the fire basket in the rear and the curved part of the stone up front.

@blieb
I use to set up the standard KP way, but wanted to try and get a more even stone temp. I've found that the stone temp is more even plus it's easier to load more wood. Really, I was curious to try it this way since some wood fired ovens set their fire on the side. I also have a Pizza Party wood fired pizza oven and usually set the fire on the left side or left back. Here's a link to the first time I tried this setup.

Thanks, I'll check it out! I've finally got the technique down so I'm ready for next level tinkering.
