Help please for easy appetizers
« on: December 01, 2016, 08:26:55 PM »
Hell I can use some ideas for this weekend... Moinks are on the list, but looking for something that will take some time about 30 people. I really messed my backup ER then chiropractor can't stand for a long time and getting up and down every 15-20min would kill my back :(. I have my wife that can help but she is already making some cookies and cakes.

Anyone with anything would help! Thanks to all WKC in advance for any ideas!

Pig candy will satisfy anyone, its just bacon dusted with rub or brown sugar and grilled.

You can wrap apple pieces dredged in brown sugar or pumpkin pieces dusted with pie spice (lightly) in bacon too.

One time I wraped lil smokies with some pop open crowsants and they were ok and easy.

Good luck with your back I know its a bitch when you cant do a damn thing but more & more needs to get done all the time.

What about doing some kind of dip? Bean dip Avacado dip, artichoke. All relatively easy to make and you can do it sitting down, beverage in hand...

I just saw a recipe for beer cheese dip
2 pkg cream cheese softened
1 package of hidden valley ranch dip mix
1/2 to 3/4 cup of beer
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Mix, refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve.

Thanks all for the ideas! All very good 😊 I ended up making 14 scotch eggs. I could easily sit down and make them, only and only check on them 3 times so not to much up and down. Thanks 🙏 again to all who gave there $.02
