Monday - Cedar Plank Salmon
Tuesday - Tilapia and Shrimp in the CI
Wednesday - Turkey Burgers
Thursday - Forgot to take pic of the grilled chicken! This was my set up for the cook though.
Friday - 42 day dry aged New York Strip. These were from the smaller end of the primal.
