Oh man....so much goodness going on! You have reminded me of a few things. I have some warming racks that I have had for at least 6 months if not longer that I have not used yet. I am also remembering that I have some thin sliced top sirloin in my fridge for a steak sandwich....which is a good thing since your pics have me drooling and hungry right now!
