Cooked some red and yellow onions with southwest seasoning. Then heated up some left over flank steak.
Final product was steak soft tacos.

Nice! nothing like sweet caramelized onions. I have never done them on the grill though, so you've given me an idea to do soon. Great stuff!

What temp was your grilling running at for this? Any concern that it was too hot for the pan your onions are in?
