Smoked Pumpkin Crisp

A qucik smoked dessert..

Recipe

3 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp all spice
1/2 t salt
15 oz pumpkin (I used Libby's)
1 can evaporated milk
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

Mix ingredients and pour into 9x13 greased pan (PAM works)
Top with yellow cake mix. Slice butter into patties and place on top of cake mix.

360 for 40 min or so. Use the tooth pick test..
I smoked this with hickory and apple
