Two briskets on a WSM?

I plan to cook two briskets on my 18 1/2" WSM, which brings up these questions:

Can I smoke one on the top grate while the other is on the bottom grate?

Which grate tends to run the hotter?

How much will this add to the time to cook?

Any advice or suggestions?

Which grate tends to run the hotter?top grate should run hotter especially if you use water in the pan

How much will this add to the time to cook?too many possible variables to say

Any advice or suggestions?pad your time by at least an hour to allow for resting in a cooler(wrapped in foil first, then towels) or stubborn meat that may take longer to finish. if they finish early, a longer rest won't hurt, and if they take longer to finish, you can reduce your rest time and not have hungry folks waiting

This is good advice,  get done way early like 4 or 5 hours, get a cooler wrap in foil put in a cooler with a towel on top, it will stay hot for hours.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

I just did two on Saturday. The top grate runs hotter but it was certainly a breeze
