So I went to pick up a kettle that I found on offerup for next to nothing. Figured I might use it for parts. Opened the lid and found this sitting inside:



I have been wanting one of these for a new while.  My lucky day, and the kettle was in pretty good shape too!

Interesting, I recently bought a couple of older kettles that had weird brackets on one of the legs.  I was never able to figure out what they were for and didn't inquire any further.  They must've been the only remnants of long gone tables.
