Slow & Sear plus Grill Grates

Anyone see that Grill Grates now makes a custom fit version to drop on top of the Slow & Sear? Looks like a nice match up. Sorry no link at the moment, but will edit as soon as I find it unless someone beats me to it. Might have to pull the trigger myself.

i saw that posted on their facebook page.

seems interesting. I'm not really a fan of the grill grates. To me they produce less flavorful crust/sear as well as prevent the animal fat from hitting the coals and producing that lovely flavorful smoke.

But to each his own!
