Smothered in olive oil and webers honey garlic rub.  Indirect minion style with apple chunks and kingsford charcoal blue bag.

I would bump that heat up a little. Is that the dome temp or your grate temp. I like to run chickens at 375 to 400. Normally run a little over 400 on the lid thermo. Gives you a crisper skin. Really like your ingredients. Sound good man!

I dangle my temp gauge thru the vent. I don't like walking to see my temps. She's at 375 by herself. Smart grill.
