Lovely! Congratulation! Looks great in your backyard. Wipe down manufacturing oil off grates with paper towel ( most of it will get burned off at burn-in), and fill it with 1/2 to 3/4 full charcoal using charcoal bin or spreading out without touching the inside wall. Do the full cycle without cooking. In my case, I could not wait, so I let it burn for 30 min and started cooking. I did make sure the cooking grates were clean and oiled.
I remember how I felt when I put together my Spring Green MT. I kept it inside the house to look at till my wife got fed up and ask me to take it out.
