Sunday pie: Buffalo Chicken

This is my wife's favorite. 2 lbs of chicken breast tenders sliced and diced (cooked earlier in the morning because they said the temp outside was going to hit over 100 and they were right), about two cups of Frank's, and half a tube of tomato paste to firm up the hot sauce a bit. Let the hot sauce and the paste get bubbly then add the chicken and let it simmer a bit.
Well oiled Lodge pan with garlic dough from the Portland Pie Co. Add the sauce/chicken.
Mozzarella/Provolone, Spanish onion, and blue cheese crumbles.
Full chimney of Stubbs divided between three baskets.
Pan was set on top of an empty basket.
Cooked for about 30 to 40 minutes and the rest, as they say, is history.
