One kettle set up for hot and fast, and one for low and slow. All seasoned with Mad Hunky. The hot and fast got a bark that was a little too crispy for me, next time I'll wrap in foil after an hour. They were done in an hour and 45 minutes. Very juicy on the inside though. Other grill rolled 225 for about 5.5 hours using a snake around the vortex and the Tip Top Temp. Spritzed with apple juice during last 2 hours.
