@Cellar2ful - that is nice but not really. Another 18 lime in Chicago for $ 150.
The denverish yellow.
Correct!
I WON!!! Unthinkable for me to bid online and actually win. I got this for $45.
How is this possible. I could not contain my excitement, but had to wait till my Denver buddy pick it up for me before posting.
Little back story on my first ever bidding:
Ihr before closing on the bid, I see that it is at $20 with only 3 to 4 bidders.
I sign up with my friend in Denver address as shipping location ( I just had my Cado shipped from him, so I had his info ) and my credit card info. I figure why not. I did not think I would win, but with this little bidding activity, I had some hope I thought. I just felt that I would regret not trying. Less than 20min left, it is at only $26. I go in at $31, only one bidder follows with $40. Time is almost up. We go up in $5 increment till he matches me at $60. Time is up but we are given like 10 min extra to bid higher. I go in at $65 and to my surprise... in that long 10 min. no one out bids me.
I am the winner.
So, $65 - $20 for sign up coupon code. I got this for $45
on online bidding auction. How is that possible for nice 22 yellow. The Seller was selling his nice house and really nice vintage items thru. this Auction co. Would be nice to know the history of this grill.
I am given 5hrs window to go pick it up today at the Sellers home. I am not even sure if pick up is possible. Damn! Otherwise, it gets brought back to the Auction co., packaged and shipped to my buddy locally for extra $150.
Lucky for me, I convince my buddy to pick it up for me today. It was only 20 min drive for him. Pickup confirmed. What a relief. I don't want him shipping this to me, so plan is to go visit him and make a trip out of it. 5000km round trip.
I want to thank pbe gummi bear for posting that link.
