AKA Turkish meatloaf on a stick  8)

Ground pork and lamb with panko breadrumbs, garlic, pepper, basil and thyme.  Served with garlic & tahini white sauce.

No more difficult than burgers and way more fun for a run-of-the-mill weeknight dinner.

Very nice, @DarrenC.  That little grill looks super efficient, just right for kabobs.
