Hey does anyone know how to take off the dampers on the newer kettles, it doesn't have a nut an bolt?

If it's the newer H style you just turn the handle 180 degrees and pull it out. Then the blades should lift out.

I just watched the video link and it's the top damper, no screw and nut!
