I think Lou Malnatis is good but a lot of the locations are carry out only.  My personal favorite is Uno or Due but you can only go to them downtown, anywhere else is crap.  That's why I suggested Genos or Giordanos because they are decent and you can eat in there....

Age of grills doesn't matter. Bring some to display. These are our "classic cars" . Dings, scrapes or chips (if any) add to the grill's character.

Thanks for the inspiration Craig. My battered Brownie is loaded in the trunk and today's garage sale find is all polished up. Loading that in the morning.
