Anyone care to comment on the accuracy of the Thermo?  Based on the past not sure about them.

It seems very accurate. I have done several low and slow cooks (225-250), and it agrees well with my Mavericks.  You will also like that gasket - temp probes are no issue running them underneath the lid.
