First Weber Demo of the Season

I called a saleswoman I know that sells Weber asked if she wanted me to do Weber demos again this year…YES! I contacted @ctwhyme and got the deal setup.

When I called the store manager and asked what we would be grilling on he told me a Genesis E-310. We took the training on the Summit Charcoal I was hoping we would have that but no .

We got to the site a BINGO the Summit Charcoal is onsite ready to cook! YES! We now have 2 to grill on.

Now what we cooked…

•   Angel food cake - Genesis E-310
•   Breakfast sausage Seasoned with apple wood smoke- Summit Charcoal
•   Fontanini Italian sausage Seasoned with apple wood smoke – Summit Charcoal
•   Chicken Thighs Seasoned with Weber beer can seasoning- Genesis E-310 & Summit Charcoal
•   Seasoned mushrooms Seasoned with garlic and herb - Genesis E-310 & Summit Charcoal
•   Shrimp - Genesis E-310
•   Chicken quesadilla - Genesis E-310
•   Shrimp quesadilla - Genesis E-310
•   Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto - Genesis E-310
•   Grill pineapple Seasoned with brown sugar and cinnamon  - Genesis E-310

All in all it was a great demo! We sold 8 grills in 5 hours not to bad for the weather we had HOT weather…

Now a few pictures sorry we had a lot of people and could not take a lot of pictures, but we got a few before it got busy…












Now some may ask.. Why did you not cook more on the Summit Charcoal? Well I would have brought more food to smoke if I had known, but we did a great job and had fun doing it!  ..... Also a budget to go on
