Oh oops wrong forum.
Oh well I might as well post what I made on Memorial day.
So this was a 10 lber pre trimmed with probably 2 lbs of fat that I cut off, I think I put it on too early, I put it on last night @ 7 PM and foiled it @ 10 AM this morning kept it on the grill while the grill cooled off (in a kamado it can take hours). Ate @ 5 PM.
The Flat was a little over done but still tasted real good.
