SSP Burner - Any reason not to do this?

Igniter is out of the way.


Wires dress nicer.


Lights fine.


Flame is closer bowl.

I tried mine there but didn't like the location of the flame. I could care less about burning the precious porcelain since I only use it for a couple minutes but I just liked it better in the middle.
Too many grills and too little time! Looking for a  BLUE GENESIS GASSER! Will pay a bounty!

You're more likely to craze the porcelain by keeping the flame closer to the bowl.
