Flat top/griddle burgers inspiriation

After a thread popped up about the lodge griddle, I immediately felt inspired to do some smash burgers. I've never done these so I'm turning to you guys for tips and pics..

I used my lodge 14" baking pan and did some burgers last week.tasted great, thanks.

Try Oklahoma "depression era" burgers. Below is a link has a couple others including idahawk and myself. The Caramelized onion is great. The key is to get as much water as you can out of them.  My niece had her wedding almost a year ago just down the street from Sid's diner in El Reno .
