Am indication of UK price and weight. This was bought from the counter and cut to my choice. Dart used for scale...

My pictures don't show it but smoked with hickory chips. I had cooked five burgers, five hotdogs and one chicken breasts before smoking the steak so the sear marks could have been better but the fire's main heat was not as potent by that point.
