Caught some fillet mignonettes on sale today

They were in the bargain pile at Krogers. They were 2" thick and still had silver skin attached. I bought them for a song. Trimmed them, and got them on the Copper Performer with some RO natural lump and a little salt and pepper. i had some steak butter prepared for them and also roasted some 'shrooms, radishes, cauliflower, zucchini, and small taters in olive oil, sea salt, and rosemary.
