The XC used her "new grill" last night for dinner.
Tenderloins dry rubbed with salt, pepper, smoked paprika & dehydrated garlic
roasting garlic with hickory smoked olive oil and rosemary. Used this for the rosemary & roasted garlic vinagrette over the potatoes.
The XC manning her own 22.5"er!
parboiled these for 7 mins, then finished them on the grill while the steaks were resting.
Lets eat! Thats a blue cheese butter on the steaks with ceaser salad.
