Couple chicken breast
« on: October 18, 2015, 01:24:44 PM »
Cooked a couple chicken breast today, used the slow and sear product and they turned out great cooked 325-350 for about 1 hr. with apple smoking wood, I really like this product, I cooked a small brisket last week and it was the best brisket I have cooked didn't take pictures, batteries were dead but I cooked it 225 for 6 1/2 hrs. didn't use water for the chicken but I did use water when I did the brisket.

Why the tin foil under the chicken?

Catch the drippings, so you don't make a mess of your cooker. What a headache that is.[emoji856]
