Hey Dave, how do you like using that rib rack? I guess you just rotate the ribs every so often? Also, what's that in the drip pan underneath?

The rib racks are OK.  I did a 2x2 snake and that doesn't leave much room to lay out ribs without one end or the other being over fire, so I use the rack to conserve space.  I did flip them once end over end and front to back.  If not the ribs in the back are somewhat covered to the smoke by the ribs in front.  As for the drip pan I just used water and apple juice.
