@G19 performers can definitely sell for that much but it all depends on your area, and timing/patience. If you feel ok paying that much then by all means go for it and use the hell out of it. No use in waiting for a grill that might not come again anytime soon to save a few bucks when you could be having a good time grilling on it now. Ymmv.

I let a $90 black master touch w/ roti slip by, end of last summer. It had been on CL for a couple weeks. Thought I could talk him down. I'd pay $90 for a roti today.
Still need a 22” yellow

The new performers will fit into most SUV's if you turn it onto its side. You can save a few inches in length if you remove the lid bale and a few inches of height if you remove the wheels and axle. I've fit them into a small Subaru Impreza hatchback before. The performers usually don't fit in an suv when they are standing up unless you have a huge full size one or a box-like one.

@G19 also bring a regular and phillips screwdriver and a 7/16 ratchet/wrench and if it doesn't fit, you can disassemble them in under 10 minutes (did it with a couple of my pickups, including one in single digit temps).

New guy here just got one of a facebook yardsale 2006 BLue for 125.  Its been used but not trashed and has the gas starter.  I was going to get a new one but just couldn't bring myself to pay $400!  I do like that copper color though so I might have to get just a regular kettle in it.

Bonus is I have a Genesis silver same year same color!

@nitis That is really nice.  I currently have a Gen 2 and a Gen 3 and I like the all black frame on the Gen 2 better over the gray on the Gen 3.  If you put on some Mothers Back to Black it really deepens the black.
