Chilly morning here in Sandwich, 20* and time to get this butt on. 8.5lb slathered in plochmans yellow mustard and rubbed with 17th. Street Magic Dust (homemade). Apple and pecan for smoke this time around. On the bullet at just after 5AM

Racked after 9 hours in the fridge getting happy


14.5 bullet coming up to temp...check out the smokey ghost rising up over my shoulder
