Rotisserie Roast Beef

I stared out with some beef eye of rounds, added some injection and then poked them with the spit. With the passing of Prince, I cranked up some Purple Rain and fired up the purple one. I used a full chimney of KBB and a few hickory chunks in the char baskets. About an hour and a half layer the beef was done, I let it rest and then sliced it thin. It was fantastic! Nikki!!!

Love the meat color on that second roti picture.

It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
