10 lb eye round on roti how long?

Going to christen my new roti on my 23 gold today
 Shooting for a temp of 350. How long should it take
To hit 140 IT?

That is hard to answer, so many variables.  Advice: have a good thermo and measure every 30 min

I did a similar cook today.  My temps ran between 300 to 325.  I hit 145 in about an hour and a half.  I posted some pictures over in the Cooks, Pics & Recipes forum.
