My girl is officially part of the club. Picked up a M code SJ today. It's in pretty good shape, including the wood handle. @zavod44 will probably wind up making one for her though. Not sure how much cooking it will do, but a cool little grill.

Funny thing happened on my way to the ... I discovered that the SJ may just be the best searing machine ever. Easy to keep the lid "on", count to 15, flip the steak and replace the lid ... cuts down on the flare ups and it's light weight & easy to handle. Go figure
