Money is no object and all I can have is 1 grill it would be the new summit charcoal.  It takes care of all the limitations of a kamado and seems to fair quite well on the low and slow side.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

I would have to say a Weber 26" Lime (or Smoke) gas assist Performer  would be my go to grill.  If money was no object I bet I could get Weber to make a one off.  For a smoker I would go  with a really decked out custom-built offset stick burner mounted on a trailer

What would be neat is if Weber had a "Custom shop" similar to the guitar makers.

Yeah I LOVE this idea.
Offer a rainbow of collors and exotic wood handles

"If money is no object" is an interesting notion.  When you have no money everything that is out of reach is so desirable, you wish you could have it and will buy it once you can afford it.  When the day comes that money is no longer an object and you reward yourself and buy a luxury grill you find yourself missing the old kettle. For myself I would feel like an ass cooking a hamburger on a charcoal grill that I paid $2,000 plus to buy. Having said all this I have several grills in addition to the kettle but the kettle is a favorite for simplicity and adaptability.  From what I read the go to grill today for Ribs is the Pit Barrel Cooker which sells for a working mans price.
