Had AFH and a buddy over for dinner.



Smoked pastrami to go in the skins rather than bacon:







I do like me a Black and Tan.....just so happens you get 2 of em' when you make them....perfect:

Heat was a little low so about 20 minutes. If it had of been up a little higher probably half that.

Great meal and Company. Thanks for having me over. With so much meat in the potato skins they stayed very moist. They were killer. Hard to beat a steak especially wrapped in bacon but in a few hours that's what ill be craving more of.

Food looks incredible MrHoss. And I know what you mean about getting 2 beers out of the deal. It's like Christmas. Or free beer!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
