This is my 1st time to post pics.I tried to put these in order, I gave that idea up.Trimmed up an coated with maple syrup,apple wood rub, light dusting of brn sugar then bacon.I prepared slices the same way,then seared them.They weren't as burnt like I usually do,wife said she wanted some.Pulled an foiled loin at 145*.Sliced up bites at 165*pan an sauced.Pulled at 180*.
.Loin was juicy an had good flavor. GRIZZ
