That is a sweet design. A step out of the box that most of us would build. Good work.

I know what it feels like to get one of these replies from HFG.  I second it ....

Outstanding work, so far!  Look forward to seeing the completion, then get them fired-up.  :D

This was my original idea it was pretty close...

Now as you can see in original idea I was not far off!!!

Built                                 Original
Table Top - 25.5"               Table Top - 25"
Length - 81"                      Length - 69"
Height - 28.5"                   Height - 28"

Total I had off is only "Lucky 13" one of my favorite pub in Wisconsin on the way to my place  All came close except for the Length. Weber must heat the pipe up and the bend or stretch and bend. I was not, could not, and just did not care to attempted to try. It so far has turned out just how I wanted ;D
I still need to add the wheels. I need to pickup some front roller wheels from Weber.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

That's gonna look so badass! Can't wait to see more of its progress.

So put on the other two coats of paint and clear coat On the frame. Cleaned one grill so far and polished all metal that can be to a mirror finish. Painted ash buckets with 500 degree paint did 4 coats but only two coats on the top 2" did not want it binding up with the heat. I'm going to mount the grill today to the frame and post updated pictuers tonight.

Bought this for my project over the weekend...
(2) "Gourmet BBQ System" Hinged Cooking Grates
(2) Charcoal Grates
All bran new Stainless Steel Bolts, Washers, & Acorn Nuts

This project is costing a few bucks but is should last my lifetime! And it will be one hell of a conversation piece  ;D
